eyeCompli is looking for talented developers experienced in Web and/or Java developers with 2 - 3 years experience. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the eyeCompli platform using technologies that include Java, AJAX, Dojo, JSP, Spring and Hibernate.

eyeCompli’s mission to is “democratise access to the best practice information security frameworks through innovative services”. eyeCompli is an angel funded company and our developers participate in a generous stock option scheme.

eyeCompli is based in based in Ashford, Kent and developers at eyeCompli work flexible hours from the comfort of their own homes. To ensure the team maintains a good working relationship, we meet in London and Canterbury for work related and social activities on a roughly monthly basis.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related field
Self starter with ability to work remotely without close management
Strong oral and written communications skills
Java/JSP/Servlets
JavaScript/AJAX
HTML/CSS
SQL

Helpful Skills:
Struts, Spring Model-View-Controller or other Model-View-Controller framework
Hibernate or other equivalent Object Relational Mapping tool
Android SDK
Spring
Dojo
Web server/servlet containers such as Apache Tomcat
Experience in RDBMS such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL
Eclipse Integrated Development Environment
Services Orientated Architecture

You must be an EU citizen and be able to travel to London or Canterbury once-a-month.
